Our roster represents an eclectic group of expertise, including Michelin caliber chefs using only the finest local purveyors, to world class interior designers, and financial consultants who can guide you through every step necessary to design or redesign a space of your own.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Bryan Noury
Bryan Noury is a New York based chef with over two decades of experience cooking at some of the finest restaurants in the United States. Native to North Conway, New Hampshire, Chef Noury entered the industry as a young boy washing dishes alongside his mother who cooked in local establishments.
By the age of 19 he had worked his way into an apprenticeship at the famed 5 Star 5 Diamond Mt.Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, NH. The thirst for knowledge lead him into the kitchens of Thomas Henkellman at The Old Homestead, Restaurant Daniel, Cafe Boulud, Le Bernardin, Piccoline and Eleven Madison Park.
Hoping to expand his culinary experience and see the world, Noury spent three years traveling the Caribbean as a private chef on the Motor Yacht Lettamelina. After returning to New York City he cooked alongside Chef James Kent at the Nomad Hotel, helping the Nomad earn its place in the top 50 best restaurants in the world. Chef Noury then moved on to oversee the Kitchens of Grupo Habita, a Mexican based hotel group as the Corporate Executive Chef.
Chef Noury went on to help found Room 11 Hospitality, overseeing all Culinary operations, as Executive Chef of MADRE in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Madre received a Michelin Plate in the 2020 Guide, and has been celebrated as a staple of the neighborhood. As well as overseeing the “Top of the Box” Events space, earning accolades as one of the finest wedding and events spaces in NYC.
Noury’s philosophy is simple - for him cooking is a way to show love. It’s the way parents show love to their children, and it’s the way chefs show love to the world.
For Chef Noury, the importance of making both food and cooking accessible is unwavering. He is a highly active fundraiser for USA's Bocuse D'or Culinary Team and The Ment'or educational foundation which provides scholarships to aspiring cooks of all ages, as well as for City Harvest helping to stabilize food insecurity throughout New York City.
Chef Noury has now founded InHouse Hospitality a comprehensive Hospitality Group which offers everything from High End Catering and Private dining to Restaurant & Kitchen Design. He has been featured in Saveur, The Michelin Guide, Food And Wine, Forbes and more.
